CWR 10 - "Echoes of History" Part II - Echo's Tale

CWR 9 - "Justice" - Commander Fox's Tale

"Justice" came about during the first brainstorming session among the writing team while we asked ourselves "which Clones did we want to see more of?" Fox was one of the first, right after Wolffe (who I am glad we made the decision to leave alone since he's Dave Filoni's favorite...See you in Rebels, Wolffe!). Especially during season 5's finale story arc, Commander Fox definitely struck as as the clone that would have zero problem following Order 66 to the letter, well before we learned that implanted brain chips played any role in it. We lost our collective minds when amazing digital artist Brandon Dunn came onto the project specifically to take on this story. It may be one of the shorter vignettes on the project, but we're confident you'll enjoy Brandon's amazing interpretation of our script!

CWR 8 - "Secret Alliances" - Mace Windu's Tale

No, you aren't reading the title incorrectly, and no, you didn't miss out on "Echoes of History, Part II!" The second part of Captain Rex's story actually takes place, chronologically speaking, immediately after/during today's vignette, "Secret Alliances" Mace Windu's Tale! "Secret Alliances" is actually an ongoing project by Star Wars artist Omar Maya Velazquez, and begins the story of Mace Windu from the events we saw him last. The CWR team loved it so much, that we had to include it! Omar and his team are hard at work on the continuation of this vignette, and you'll be able to check it out soon on their official site. CWR 7 - "Echoes of History" Part I - Rex's Tale

We know, we know. Captain Rex ends up in Rebels. Written by Joe Sorbera, III and illustrated by the ink/color duo of Star Wars artists Omar Maya Velazquez and Joe Hogan, we tell our version of Rex's fate. While we took a very different approach from the Bad Batch story arc's take on a surviving ARC Trooper Echo, we definitely aimed for an exciting reason for why Rex was not present during the events of Episode III. We hope, with some suspension of official canon, you will enjoy our multiple-part story arc of Captain Rex.

Next up, we have "Repent" Barriss Offee's tale.This was actually created by writer and artist Fausto Montano before we began writing for CWR, but we knew we had to include it here! It fit the spirit of what we wanted to do so well, and at 27 pages (!), it's a long hearty read! Fausto has actually also begun a continuation of this story, too.
